Spring Beginnings
You know I love what I do - working to nurture, educate and heal stress and pain. Usually, I work one-to-one. However, occasionally, I get the chance to collaborate with others, which gives me as much of a boost as my clients!
Last month I started a medium-term collaboration with mobility and flexibility therapist and sound bowl practitioner, Alexandra Tumolo to bring a guided meditation and sonic sound experience to people in my local area (Croydon, south London).
It might be hard to remember, but just four weeks ago, the weather was completely different to now. It was cold and windy, so we instructed the eager participants to wrap up warm and bring along a sleeping bag or blanket to keep them snug. With the participants all lying on the ground with eyes closed, I used my voice to guide them through a journey to their subconscious mind while Alex provided the soothing soundtrack to support healing and relaxation.
Tuning forks gave a balancing sound by the ears, and my floral light sprays fragranced the room with essential oils for calming and relaxing aromatherapy.
They were given the gentle reminder that they are the hero of their life and restored resilience and optimism that all will be well.
I also took part in a Mind, Body, Spirit Festival that I was invited to participate in Bromley, south London. Visitors got to experience my Biophoton Light Treatments, and Floral Light Sprays.
