Meet the Host:
Amber Thorne, a seasoned meditation and mindfulness teacher, has been guiding women in prison and prison officers towards serenity through her techniques. With a wealth of experience teaching meditation courses across the UK, Spain, and the Netherlands, Amber also created the Pain Free Living Programme—a testament to her expertise in alternative therapy. She has worked extensively within the criminal justice system, providing support to those in their most vulnerable moments with a gentle and compassionate approach. Now, Amber is here to guide and support you on your personal journey towards tranquility with her thoughtfully curated Inner Harmony Programme at The Hive Design Studio, 52 Limpsfield Road, South Croydon, CR2 9EA
